Plumbify provides a platform that connects plumbers with potential customers online and will not be held responsible for any dealings between service providers (plumbers) and customers.

Plumbify can’t guarantee the amount of quotes  received or requested through our system. We do however strive to provide our plumbing partners with as many quote requests as possible and our customers with as many quotes as possible.

Any issues or problems encountered with a service provider must be dealt with directly with the service provider. Plumbify will not be held liable or responsible for any damages/losses/breach of contract caused by any of our service providers.

We can’t guarantee the quality or workmanship of our service providers. We do however try and do as much homework/background checks as possible to ensure that we only get the best plumbers to provide you with a quote.

Plumbify partners are charged on a montly basis. No debit order or contracts. A plumbify partner can cancel his subscription at any time by sending us an email at info@plumbify.co.za. Plumbify partners will be billed on exactly the same day of each month as the first payment. Failure to make payment within 7 days of invoice will result in the plumbing partners listing to be removed from plumbify and no more quote requests will be sent to that specific plumbing partner.

Unfortunately Plumbify does not offer any refunds. If you feel that Plumbify doesn’t work for your plumbing business you can simply cancel your listing with us.
